The WL3040A is the latest heavy lathe from WOODFAST featuring a 3HP motor and a high quality inverter as well as an innovative electronic bed extension which allows the turner to safely turn that extra-large special piece very easily.
 
This super heavy duty lathe with a massive 794 mm swing and maximum 1016 mm between centers, when extended, can handle the toughest and heaviest jobs. Cast iron components and heavy duty construction give this lathe extremely sure footing and minimal vibration.
 
The electronic bed extension minimizes the foot print of the lathe when not turning longer stock.
