These are high quality, low cost mandrels that really take a beating. Notice the metal threaded insert embedded into the plastic disc that has a foam wrapping. These are the real deal – you will be impressed by how well they hold up. These are comparable to holder/mandrels that are twice the price.
 
Please note that the thread on these heavy duty hook & loop sanding pad holders is M6 and are not compatible with our hex shanks.
